Donation records — 7 years (HMRC requirement)
Gift Aid declarations — 7 years from the last donation claimed
Volunteer records — duration of volunteering plus 3 years
DBS check records — 6 months after the check date
Hall hire records — 3 years
Marketing consent records — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
General enquiries — 2 years
