The space

Our hall is a bright, flexible space used by community groups, yoga classes, birthday parties, and business meetings alike. It's been the heart of local life in Romsey for over two decades.

Everything you need is included in the hire price:

Minimum booking: 2 hours. A refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.

How do I book the hall?

Use the availability calendar above to find a free slot and submit a booking request. For longer or recurring bookings, use the enquiry form and we'll get back to you within 24 working hours.

What is the minimum booking time?

The minimum booking is 2 hours. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. This is returned after your event provided the hall is left in good condition.

Can I view the hall before booking?

Absolutely. Get in touch via the enquiry form or call us on 0800 123 4567 and we'll arrange a viewing at a convenient time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Is the hall accessible?

Yes. The hall has step-free access, an accessible toilet, and 20 on-site parking spaces. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please mention them in your enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
